This place is absolutely beautiful! We loved our room, it had such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Even before we arrived, the front desk texted to check in and see how we were doing, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we got there, they greeted us by name and made us feel instantly welcome. The front desk staff went above and beyond. When we got to our room, we found a handwritten card with both our names, a kind note, and even a reminder of the weather forecast. Every little detail felt so intentional and personal. We also loved having bikes available to rent (for free) we rode into town for breakfast, which was such a fun way to start the day. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
This place is amazing. This is the only hotel I’ve been to that has free bikes for the guests that you can use to bike around Kanab. Plenty of places to eat within 1/2 mile or so, so it really adds to the whole experience. The front desk staff were very friendly as well.
Rates may be a bit more than a chain hotel, but it's worth it. Nicely appointed rooms. Make reservations at Sego, the on-site restaurant when you reserve your room - it fills up quickly and the food really is outstanding. The desk clerk, Laurie, was super nice and helpful - with extensive knowledge of Zion and tips on how to navigate.
